"D&K Travel" is specialized in managing and executing passenger transportation (transfer services) from airports / stations / ports / hotels to touristic districts / cities (stations / ports / airports / hotels) in accordance with bookings (orders) made via our own web site https://bulgariaholidaytransfers.com by our customers (hereinafter the words “we”, “us”, “our”, etc. mean BulgariaHolidayTransfers).
The Customer is a person using our web site, a booking (order) form and transfer services.
The Transfer Service is transportation of passengers (customers) from a point of departure to a point of destination according to a customer’s order.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers provides transfer services directly and reserves a right to transfer rendering of these services to any other licensed transportation companies operating within the territory of Bulgaria. Please note that when travelling with any BulgariaHolidayTransfers partner the conditions of passengers' and baggage transportation as well as the rules of customers’ conduct during a transfer remain the same.
These Terms and Conditions as well as the information provided at our website and voucher (a booking confirmation) constitute an agreement between TransferBulgaria and its customer and are applicable to all bookings (orders) made at our web site https://bulgariaholidaytransfers.com
By ordering a transfer service from BulgariaHolidayTransfers the customer consents and shall be legally bound to meet these terms and conditions. BulgariaHolidayTransfers reserves a right to occasionally amend these terms and conditions and upload a new version at our web site www.bulgariaholidaytransfers.com.The customer shall regularly track any amendments in the terms and conditions at our web site. The conditions governing a purchase of any service are the conditions valid as of the date of your order. Your order shall be placed online by filling out all the required columns in the booking form at our website сайте www.bulgariaholidaytransfers.com.
In rare cases an order may be placed by phone or e-mail. If your order is placed by phone or e-mail, the customer agrees that the booking is made under the same conditions as via the website www.bulgariaholidaytransfers.com.
When two and more persons are included in the same order or when a booking is made on behalf of any third parties the person making a booking (the customer) acts as an agent in relation to other passengers and therefore consents to all BulgariaHolidayTransfers conditions on their behalf.
At the date of booking, the customer acknowledges being of full age and guarantees that all the information provided is correct, accurate and complete. In addition he/she acknowledges that the credit or debit card used by him/her is owned by him/her or he/she is entitled to use it and that we have his/her confirmation of a right to withdraw the required amount for transfer services ordered.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers is not liable for any errors in booking, for information wrongly entered or false information and shall not refund the cost of a service in the event if services are missed or delayed because of such errors.
You are encouraged to place your order at least 24 hours prior to transfer service rendering.
We are not liable for and shall not undertake to provide transfers booked less than 24 hours prior to service rendering. In the event if booking is made less than 24 hours the customer shall additionally contact us by the phone number provided at our website to clarify a possibility of such service.
Rates and Payment Methods
All payments on the website are in BGN
NB! Sometimes discrepancies and changes may occur in the rates advertised and confirmed as well as in the information available at our website. The Customer shall check rates for the transfers selected at a booking stage.
Rates for transfer services are based on a distance between transportation points, quantity of passengers, and a type of the vehicle executing a transfer. Rates are provided per a vehicle except for transfers by shuttle bus where a rate is provided per person. Rates of individual routes are available in our booking system. If there is no rate of the route required by the customer in the booking system please submit your request to us by the email provided at our website www.bulgariaholidaytransfers.com and we will advise a rate of the requested route as soon as possible.
Tips are not included in a rate and shall be exclusively at the own customer’s discretion.
One of three payment methods may be selected in our booking system:
1. Complete payment for a transfer service beforehand.
2. Payment of an advance payment in the amount of 20% of a transfer service cost and the remaining amount shall be paid to the driver directly at the date of a service.
3. Complete payment for a transfer service paid to the driver in cash at the date of a service.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers is not liable for any loss incurred by the customer during payment for transfer services related to any currency exchange rates.
After the customer entered all the information in the booking form, selected a payment method and made a payment if necessary, we process his/her order and issue a confirmation of the order (a voucher) to him/her by email including all the transfer details. The customer shall be responsible for verifying whether all the information entered in the voucher is correct. If the customer found any error or inaccuracy or if he/she did not obtain any confirmation by email he/she is encouraged to contact us immediately. As a rule the customer shall obtain a voucher including transfer details within 24 hours upon the completion of booking.
The order confirmation (voucher) is in all senses a travel ticket to be printed out and provided to the driver of the vehicle which will execute a transfer prior to your trip. The customer may be refused a transfer if no voucher is provided.
Orders may be changed by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the date of the first (or the sole) transfer booked and scheduled by issuing a change request in writing by email to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests shall be reviewed at the date of their receipt. We try our best to assist the customer but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of any requirements and changes. Additional payment may be required. If the customer did not obtain any confirmation of change by email he/she shall contact us by the phone number provided at our website.
The customer may annul his/her order any time prior to the date of the first (or the sole) transfer booked by issuing an annulment request in writing by email to the email address email@example.com. The annulment will be confirmed by email. If the customer did not receive any annulment confirmation he/she shall contact us by the phone number provided at our website.
In the event if an order is annulled upon the customer’s initiative and a transfer service is paid by him/her completely beforehand:
1. The cost of a transfer shall be refunded to the customer in full if an order is cancelled more than 5 days prior to a scheduled transfer date.
2. 80% of the total transfer cost will be refunded to the customer if an order is cancelled less than 5 days prior to a scheduled transfer date.
In the event if an order is annulled upon the customer’s initiative and he/she paid an advance payment in the amount of 20% of a transfer service cost:
1. The amount of an advance payment in the amount of 20 % of the transfer cost shall be refunded to the customer in full if an order is cancelled more than 5 days prior to a scheduled transfer date.
2. The amount of an advance payment shall not be refunded to the customer if an order is cancelled less than 5 days prior to a scheduled transfer date.
In the event if a transfer service is paid by the customer by a bank card, monies will be refunded by a cancellation transaction to the customer’s card within 14 business days from the date of customer’s receipt of an order annulment confirmation.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers reserves a right to cancel any order any time in the event if it cannot guarantee a proper execution of a service by refunding a cost of the service booked to the customer in full. The refund amount will not exceed the initial costs incurred by the customer during booking.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers offers transfer services by the following vehicles: cars (1-3 passengers), cars (1-4 passengers), minibuses (up to 7 passengers), minibuses (up to 13 passengers), minibuses (up to 16 passengers), minibuses (up to 19 passengers), buses (up to 50 passengers).
All the vehicles used by BulgariaHolidayTransfers for transfers have proper third party liability insurance in accordance with the effective law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Transportation of Passengers
Our drivers are entitled to refuse transportation for the customer at any time if according to their subjective assessment the customer is alcohol or drug intoxicated or behaves inadequately. In addition drivers are entitled to make the customer go off a car if according to their subjective assessment the customer behaves inadequately. In such cases the amount of a transfer service paid shall not be subject to any refund.
In the vehicles used by BulgariaHolidayTransfers smoking, eating and drinking of beverages, alcoholic drinks and drugs are not allowed except for water and non-alcoholic drinks in bottles. In the event if the customer causes any damage to our vehicle we reserve a right to file a lawsuit in court and claim damage reimbursement from the customer.
According to EU 2003/20/ЕU Directive:
Children under 12 years of age or who are below 135 cm tall (if any of these conditions is applicable) shall use the relevant child seats. In addition they shall be fastened with safety belts for adults.
However there is an exception for licensed vehicles which can transport children without any child seats.
In providing individual transfers licensed vehicles meet the following regulations:
Children under 3 years of age may travel without safety belts fastened and a child seat (on adult’s lap) at the back seat of a vehicle if a child seat is not provided. However they are considered in calculating the occupancy of a vehicle.
If customers take a decision to use their own child seat or a child seat provided a child shall be included in the total quantity of passengers because he/she will need a separate seat in a vehicle
Children above 3 years of age are always considered as adult passengers, they occupy a separate seat and shall use safety belts for adults if no child seats are provided to them.
NB! If the customer takes a decision to use a child seat, in order to comply with safety standards we recommend to use your own child seat or order provision of a child seat for the time of transfer from us by filling out the relevant column in the booking form at our website. Additional payment may be required.
The following rules are applicable to a transfer by a licensed shuttle bus:
No payment is charged for children under 3 years of age (provided that they seat on adult’s lap and not at the front seats of a vehicle)
Children above 3 years of age are always considered as adult passengers, occupy a separate seat, are included in booking and any payment for them is charged in full.
Each passenger may take with him/her a suitcase or a bag of a standard size and a hand item dimensioned not more than as permitted by airline companies. Baggage above this norm may be accepted for transportation at our discretion.
Please notify of any additional baggage while placing your order in the booking form in a column “Additional Info”.
TransferBulgaria reserves a right to charge additional payments for additional baggage if it entails the use of a larger vehicle as compared to the one used for a quantity of booked passengers. We'll
try our best to meet any special requests provided by the customer in the booking form but are not obliged to do so.
In the event if the customer carries bags for golf, a bike or any other oversized items which may require additional payment, he/she shall specify it in the booking form in “Additional Info” column. In the event if we are notified of it, we are entitled to refuse transportation of the additional baggage not specified.
BulgariaHolidayTransfers is not liable for any damage, loss, replacement or theft of any baggage. The customer is responsible for his/her baggage on his/her own. The baggage left in a transfer vehicle will be delivered to the customer to the addresse specified by him/her at his/her own account.
Subject to booking conditions, transfer services shall be provided with the appropriate professionalism and care.
We shall not be liable in the following situations:
- When the customer incurred any loss or damage caused by the reasons which could not be foreseen at a booking stage based on the information provided by him/her.
- When the customer incurred any loss or damage related to any services not specified in the agreement between TransferBulgaria and the customer.
We shall not be liable for and shall not pay any compensation to the customer if our obligations to him/her are breached due to any factors, force major circumstances which could not be foreseen or avoided by us even if we exercise proper care and diligence. These factors may include war, war threat, riots, public disturbances, strikes, catastrophes, terrorist attacks, poor weather conditions, laws adopted by any government or local authorities, acts of God, and any other events beyond our control.
We will take all the necessary efforts to provide boarding of the customer at a point of departure at the time specified in a booking voucher. However we shall not be liable for any customer’s loss or expenses caused by any substantiated or inevitable delays; the customer also shall make sure that he/she ordered a transfer for the right time. We shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the customer (including for example a missed air flight) if the customer miscalculated the time of travel.
The customer shall be responsible for verifying that all the information provided in his/her voucher is correct, accurate and complete, complies with the one specified at the date of booking. The customer shall notify us of any errors and inaccuracies by email or phone provided at our website.
In the event if during booking no telephone contact details were provided the customer shall be responsible for timely contacting TransferBulgaria in order to confirm the time of the transfer specified in the booking. When we do not have any opportunity to contact the customer in order to notify him/her of any change in our timetable and/or others and the customer fails to contact us, it may entail customer’s loss of a transfer or flight and no monies shall be refunded to the customer.
The information regarding the duration of transportation at separate routes enlisted at our website refer to normal conditions at this route and must not be considered as reliable information because it depends on weather and any other road conditions and is only indicative for the customers in relation to a route.
All the information which the customers include in the booking form shall be stored safely and be available to BulgariaHolidayTransfers authorized persons only who are directly involved in providing booked transfer services. We use customer’s personal information exclusively for the purpose of services and shall not disclose it to any third parties.
Any claims related to a transfer service including claims of monies refund shall be issued in writing by email firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty days from the date of the transfer service in relation to which a claim is made.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes which may arise between the customer and TransferBulgaria shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of Bourgas court by excluding any other court authorities.
